TERRORISM

He said he'll be back very soon My eyes believed in him

As he wiped off my tear drop
His bare hands touching my bare skin
The soul of my family, the love of my life
He was leaving' town that evening' An office work was all he said As he boarded the next plane
Next morning I woke up terrified Bleeding' unreasonably within There was this feeling' telling me I might not ever see him again Cause it was in the papers
A plane hijacking news
Tears trickled down my eyes My daughter held me tight
Frantically I looked for clues
Through all pages n channels of news I looked down at her face
Helplessly, tryin' to pull it through Nightmares flashed before our eyes With the loss of hundreds of lives
But then I saw it...
Like the clock had stopped the time His face was there on the screen Naming him, blaming him
Framing him for the conspiracy Before my daughter could see it I switched off the TV screen
Shocked with thunder, quite, breathlessly My daughter whispered "is daddy all right?" I replied "father will be okay"
Wondering about the number of dads lost Cause of one dad that day....
